North Carolina High School Volleyball - Oxford Prep tips Voyager

The Oxford Prep Griffins (Oxford, NC) volleyball held off the host Voyager Vikings (Durham, NC), 3-2 in Thursday's league bout.

The Griffins now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Kerr-Vance Academy for a non-league bout on Monday, August 26. Oxford Prep will clash with a Spartans team coming off a 3-1 league win over Faith Christian (Rocky Mount, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Voyager drops to 4-1 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Roxboro Community (Roxboro, NC) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Triangle North 1A bout on Tuesday, August 27. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 1-3. Roxboro Community won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Vance Charter (Henderson, NC)
