In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Universal Academy Falcons volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the American Youth Academy Eagles.
With the win, Universal Academy improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Falcons travel to Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate (Tampa, FL) to face the Phoenix in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. The Phoenix go into the test with a record of 1-0. Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Cambridge Christian (Tampa, FL)
The Eagles now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cristo Rey Tampa for a non-league test on Thursday, August 28.
