The New Life Academy Bobcats were victorious over the visiting Suffolk Christian Academy Knights volleyball team by a tally of 2-0 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Bobcats now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Albemarle School for a non-league outing on Monday, August 25.

With the loss, Suffolk Christian Academy drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Knights host Bethel Assembly Christian Academy (Windsor, NC) to confront the Eagles in a game on Tuesday, August 26. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 0-2. Bethel Assembly Christian Academy lost 2-0 in their recent league game against Bethel Christian (Hampton, VA)
