The Northeast Academy For Aerospace and Advanced Tech Griffins soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Albemarle School Colts to 2 in the Griffins non-league victory on Friday.

The Griffins now hold a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Perquimans for a non-league bout on Monday, August 25. Northeast Academy For Aerospace and Advanced Tech will play a Pirates squad coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Currituck County (Barco, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 1-1.

The Colts (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Holmes (Edenton, NC). The Aces enter the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Holmes held off SouthWest Edgecombe (Pinetops, NC), 4-1, in a non-league game.
