The Greenville Christian Academy Knights edged the visiting Southside Christian Warriors soccer team by a tally of 5-4 in Friday's league game.
Next, the Knights face the Hilltop Christian Chargers (Fuquay-Varina, NC) in a NCCSA AA District 3 - East Region game, on Tuesday, August 26. Greenville Christian Academy will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Chargers enter the game with a 0-3 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Liberty Christian (Durham, NC).
The Warriors (2-1) will now prepare for their bout against Community Christian (Wilson, NC). The Cyclones go into the non-league bout with a 2-0 record.
