In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Ripley Warriors softball team scored a tight 6-4 win over the Arnett Wildcats.
The Warriors (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Davenport (Davenport, OK). The Bulldogs come into the Class A match with a 6-3 record. In their last match, Davenport nipped Sterling (Sterling, OK), 12-3, in a league challenge.
The Wildcats (6-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Canute (Canute, OK). The Trojans enter the Class B challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Canute edged Vici (Vici, OK), 14-2, in a non-league challenge.
