The Malcolm Clippers softball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Auburn Bulldogs to 4 in the Clippers non-league win on Friday.

The Clippers now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Aurora for a non-league battle on Friday, August 22. Malcolm will meet a Huskies squad coming off a 14-0 league win over Lexington (Lexington, NE). The Huskies record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Auburn moves to 1-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Crete (Crete, NE) to encounter the Cardinals in a non-league outing on Friday, August 22. The Cardinals come into the outing with a record of 0-0.
