The Quinton Savages tipped the visiting Wright City Lumberjax softball team by a margin of 4-3 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Savages now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stigler for a non-league battle on Monday, August 25. Quinton will confront a Panthers team coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Quinton (Quinton, OK). The Panthers record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Wright City moves to 0-5 on the season. The Lumberjax host Smithville (Smithville, OK) to confront the Braves in a non-league battle on Monday, September 8. The Braves come into the battle with a record of 7-2.
