Texas High School Volleyball - Springtown can't get by Boyd

Boyd Yellowjackets (Boyd, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the visiting Springtown Porcupines (Springtown, TX), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Yellowjackets (10-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Graham (Graham, TX). The Steers come into the non-league challenge with a 13-1 record. In their last challenge, Graham edged Caprock (Amarillo, TX), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Porcupines play the Glen Rose Tigers (Glen Rose, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 26. Springtown will attempt to upgrade on its 17-2 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 11-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to West Plains (Amarillo, TX).
