In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting La Pryor Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Charlotte Trojans.

The Bulldogs (11-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Junction (Junction, TX). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 4-5 record. In their last challenge, Junction beat Brackett (Brackettville, TX), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Trojans face the Medina Bobcats (Medina, TX) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, August 26. Charlotte will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Bobcats go into the test with a 8-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Center Point (Center Point, TX).
