In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Palmview Lobos volleyball team scored a 2-0 win over the Donna Redskins.

Next up, the Lobos face the Economedes Jaguars (Edinburg, TX) in a non-league game, on Friday, August 22. Palmview will attempt to advance on its 8-1 season record. The Jaguars go into the game with a 2-4 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to La Feria (La Feria, TX).
