In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Fellowship Baptist Academy Eagles volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Vandalia Christian Vikings.

The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Alamance Christian (Graham, NC). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Alamance Christian tipped Gospel Light Christian (Walkertown, NC), 3-2, in a non-league test.

The Vikings now have a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Triad Baptist Christian Academy for a NCCSA AA District 1 - West Region challenge on Tuesday, August 26. Vandalia Christian will meet a Titans team coming off a 3-2 league win over Cramerton Christian Academy (Cramerton, NC). The Titans record now stands at 5-0.
