Texas High School Volleyball - Flour Bluff over Katy Taylor

In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Flour Bluff Hornets volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Katy Taylor Mustangs.

The Hornets (15-4) will now prepare for their test against Johnson (San Antonio, TX). The Jaguars go into the non-league test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Johnson gained a win over Incarnate Word (San Antonio, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Mustangs now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Steele for a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. Katy Taylor will play a Knights team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Arlington (Arlington, TX). The Knights record now stands at 8-8.
