North Carolina High School Volleyball - Hayworth Christian over John Yowell Academy

Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Hayworth Christian Knights (High Point, NC) and the visiting John Yowell Academy Panthers (High Point, NC), observed Hayworth Christian's volleyball team notch a victory over John Yowell Academy by a score of 3-1.

With the win, Hayworth Christian improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Knights travel to Legacy Athletics (Hays, NC) to encounter the Stallions in a non-league battle on Monday, August 25. The Stallions go into the battle with a record of 1-2. Legacy Athletics lost 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Salem Christian School (Winston-Salem, NC)

The Panthers now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Quality Education Academy for a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 26.
