Kenai Central Kardinals (Kenai, AK) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Seward Seahawks (Seward, AK), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Kenai Central improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Kardinals travel to Soldotna (Soldotna, AK) to encounter the Stars in a non-league test on Friday, August 29. The Stars go into the test with a record of 2-2.

The Seahawks now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nikiski for a 3A Southcentral test on Thursday, August 28.
