Ohio High School Volleyball - Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington bounced by Lynchburg-Clay

Lynchburg-Clay Mustangs (Lynchburg, OH) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington Blue Jays (Ripley, OH), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Lynchburg-Clay improves its record to 3-2 on the season. The Mustangs travel to East Clinton (Sabina, OH) to encounter the Astros in a non-league test on Monday, August 25. The Astros go into the test with a record of 3-0. East Clinton won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Blanchester (Blanchester, OH)

Next, the Blue Jays meet the Fairfield Lions (Leesburg, OH) in a Southern Hills challenge, on Monday, August 25. Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 3-1 league win over Fayetteville-Perry (Fayetteville, OH).
