McCamey Badgers (McCamey, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Midland Classical Academy Knights (Midland, TX), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Badgers (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Marfa (Marfa, TX). The Shorthorns come into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record.

The Knights now own a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Stockton for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 12.
