North Carolina High School Volleyball - Piedmont Classical crushed by Millennium

August 22, 2025: Mount Airy, NC 27030

In Friday's league match, the Millennium Lions (Mount Airy, NC) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Piedmont Classical Bobcats (Browns Summit, NC), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Lions battle the Walkertown Wolfpack (Walkertown, NC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, August 25. Millennium will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record. The Wolfpack come into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over South Davidson (Denton, NC).

With the loss, Piedmont Classical drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Phoenix Academy (High Point, NC) to clash with the Firebirds in a Northwest Piedmont 1A/2A contest on Thursday, August 28. The Firebirds enter the contest with a record of 0-3.
