Texas High School Volleyball - Nacogdoches Pantego Christian

Pantego Christian Panthers (Arlington, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Nacogdoches Dragons (Nacogdoches, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Pantego Christian improves its record to 13-0 on the season. The Panthers host Hamshire-Fannett (Hamshire, TX) to encounter the Longhorns in a non-league challenge on Friday, August 22. The Longhorns enter the challenge with a record of 2-7. Hamshire-Fannett lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Little Cypress-Mauriceville (Orange, TX)

Next, the Dragons meet the Tyler Lions (Tyler, TX) in a 5A Region II District 10 challenge, on Friday, August 29. Nacogdoches will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record.
