Oklahoma High School Volleyball - Shawnee can't get by Sapulpa

Sapulpa Chieftains (Sapulpa, OK) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the visiting Shawnee Wolves (Shawnee, OK), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Chieftains (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Noble (Noble, OK). The Bears come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Noble was nudged by Claremore (Claremore, OK), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Wolves now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Memorial for a non-league test on Friday, August 22. Shawnee will face a Chargers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Pryor (Pryor, OK). The Chargers record now stands at 1-2.
