In their last battle, Metrolina Christian Academy achieved victory over Charlotte Latin (Charlotte, NC), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Porter Ridge Pirates (Indian Trail, NC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, August 24. Butler will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Pirates come into the battle with a 3-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over West Cabarrus (Concord, NC).
