In Tuesday's league outing, the host Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs softball team scored a nice 15-0 win over the Wheeler Wildcats.
Coming up next, the Mustangs battle the North Cobb Warriors (Kennesaw, GA) in a 7A Region 5 outing, on Thursday, August 25. Kennesaw Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Warriors enter the outing with a 6-4 record after their 7-1 league win over Walton (Marietta, GA).
The Wildcats (2-6) will now prepare for their outing against Cherokee (Canton, GA). The Warriors enter the 7A Region 5 outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Cherokee ran past Osborne (Marietta, GA), 15-0, in a league outing.
