With the win, California Academy of Math & Science upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Rebels travel to Port of Los Angeles (San Pedro, CA) to face the Polar Bears in a non-league outing on Friday, August 26. The Polar Bears go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Port of Los Angeles lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Foshay (Los Angeles, CA)

The Jaguars now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Milken for a non-league outing on Thursday, August 25. New Roads will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Wiseburn- Da Vinci (El Segundo, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-4.
