The Metcalfe County Hornets volleyball team (Edmonton, KY), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Clinton County Bulldogs (Albany, KY)

The Bulldogs (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Patrick (Maysville, KY). The Saints enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record.

Next, the Hornets encounter the Russell County Lakers (Russell Springs, KY) in a District 16 challenge, on Thursday, August 25. Metcalfe County will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record.
