The Lakewood Leopards volleyball team (Roseboro, NC), went down 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting North Brunswick Scorpions (Leland, NC)

The Scorpions (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Heide Trask (Rocky Point, NC). The Titans come into the non-league challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Heide Trask went down by Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Leopards encounter the Midway Raiders (Dunn, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 25. Lakewood will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC).
