South Carolina High School Volleyball - Mauldin over Nation Ford

Mauldin Mavericks (Mauldin, SC) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Nation Ford Falcons (Fort Mill, SC), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Mavericks clash with the River Bluff Gators (Lexington, SC) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, August 24. Mauldin will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record. The Gators come into the match with a 5-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over North Augusta (North Augusta, SC).

With the loss, Nation Ford drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Pickens (Pickens, SC) to clash with the Blue Flame in a non-league match on Tuesday, August 23. The Blue Flame come into the match with a record of 6-0. Pickens won 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Cardinal Newman (Columbia, SC)
