With the win, Ridge Spring-Monetta upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Trojans host Midland Valley (Graniteville, SC) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 25. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Midland Valley lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Bamberg-Ehrhardt (Bamberg, SC)

The Eagles now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Wilson for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 27. North will play a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Crestwood (Sumter, SC). The Tigers record now stands at 3-1.
