In Tuesday's league battle, the host Toombs County Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Vidalia Indians.
The Bulldogs (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Appling County (Baxley, GA). The Pirates come into the 2A Area 3 battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Appling County achieved victory over Vidalia (Vidalia, GA), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Indians encounter the Southeast Bulloch Yellowjackets (Brooklet, GA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, August 25. Vidalia will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the battle with a 2-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Statesboro (Statesboro, GA).
