Illinois High School Volleyball - Kankakee over Grant Park

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Kankakee Kays (Kankakee, IL) and the visiting Grant Park Dragons (Grant Park, IL), saw Kankakee's volleyball squad beat Grant Park by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Kankakee upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Kays host Milford (Milford, IL) to play the Bearcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26. The Bearcats go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Milford lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Bishop McNamara (Kankakee, IL)

The Dragons now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Fisher for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 24. Grant Park will play a Bunnies squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Bishop McNamara (Kankakee, IL). The Bunnies record now stands at 0-2.
