Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Chaparral Cowboys (Las Vegas, NV) and the visiting Mojave Rattlers (North Las Vegas, NV), saw Chaparral's soccer squad knock off Mojave by a count of 5-2.

The Cowboys (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Valley (Las Vegas, NV). The Vikings enter the 4A Mountain battle with a 0-5 record. In their last battle, Valley by Cheyenne (North Las Vegas, NV), 5-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Rattlers battle the Bonanza Bengals (Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A Desert battle, on Tuesday, August 27. Mojave will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Bengals enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 8-0 league loss to Southeast Career Tech (Las Vegas, NV).
