In Friday's league challenge, the host Arborbrook Christian Academy Falcons volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Lake Norman Christian Lions.

The Falcons (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against North Hills Christian (Salisbury, NC). The Eagles enter the NCISAA Southern Piedmont Athletic challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, North Hills Christian beat Sheets Memorial Christian (Lexington, NC), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lions meet the Statesville Christian Lions (Statesville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 26. Lake Norman Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Arborbrook Christian Academy (Matthews, NC).
