St. Mary Cathedral Snowbirds (Gaylord, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Ellsworth Lancers (Ellsworth, MI), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, St. Mary Cathedral improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Snowbirds host Harbor Light Christian (Harbor Springs, MI) to face the Swordsmen in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 3. The Swordsmen go into the test with a record of 0-3.

The Lancers now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mancelona for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 27.
