California High School Flag Football - Oxnard can't hold off Camarillo

August 23, 2025: Camarillo, CA 93012

The Camarillo Scorpions got by the visiting Oxnard Yellowjackets flag football team by a score of 13-12 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Scorpions meet the Thousand Oaks Lancers (Thousand Oaks, CA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, September 2. Camarillo will attempt to move on its 7-0 season record.

With the defeat, Oxnard drops to 6-2 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Del Sol (Oxnard, CA) to meet the Jaguars in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 0-2. Del Sol lost 21-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Buena (Ventura, CA)
