California High School Flag Football - St. Francis prevails Pleasant Grove

August 23, 2025: Elk Grove, CA 95624

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting St. Francis Troubadours flag football team scored a nice 20-2 win over the Pleasant Grove Eagles.

In their next game, the Troubadours play the Rio Linda Knights (Rio Linda, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 23. St. Francis will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record. The Knights go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 19-7 non-league loss to St. Francis (Sacramento, CA).

With the defeat, Pleasant Grove drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Bear Creek (Stockton, CA) to meet the Bruins in a non-league test on Monday, August 25. The Bruins come into the test with a record of 0-1. Bear Creek lost 32-12 in their recent non-league test against Lodi (Lodi, CA)
