In Saturday's non-league contest, the Anthony Wayne Generals (Whitehouse, OH) soccer squad overwhelmed the host Southview Cougars (Sylvania, OH), by a margin of 6-0.
The Generals now hold a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Northview for a Northern Lakes challenge on Wednesday, August 27.
With the loss, Southview moves to 0-2 on the year. The Cougars host Springfield (Holland, OH) to battle the Blue Devils in a contest on Wednesday, August 27. The Blue Devils enter the contest with a record of 2-1. Springfield lost 8-0 in their recent non-league contest against Genoa Area (Genoa, OH)
