In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Pymatuning Valley Lakers soccer squad scored a tight 9-4 win over the Cardinal Huskies.

The Lakers (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Bristol (Bristolville, OH). The Panthers enter the Northeastern test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Bristol edged Brookfield (Brookfield, OH), 6-0, in a non-league test.

The Huskies now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Badger for a non-league test on Monday, August 25. Cardinal will clash with a Braves team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to United (Hanoverton, OH). The Braves record now stands at 0-1.
