The Chargers (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IN). The Wildcats come into the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Mt. Vernon nipped South Spencer (Rockport, IN), 3-1, in a league match.

The Pioneers now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Evansville Day for a non-league match on Saturday, August 23. Boonville will meet a Eagles team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Varsity Opponent (, ). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.
