In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Heritage Hawks soccer squad scored a tight 4-0 victory over the Freeland Falcons.

The Hawks now hold a 6-1 record. They play next when they host Central for a Saginaw Valley challenge on Monday, August 25. Heritage will face a Wolves team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Glenn (Bay City, MI). The Wolves record now stands at 1-3.

The Falcons (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Tawas Area (Tawas City, MI). The Braves enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Tawas Area held off Northern Michigan Christian (McBain, MI), 3-0, in a league contest.
