The Cardinals now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mooreland for a non-league battle on Monday, August 25. Turpin will confront a Bearcats team coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Vici (Vici, OK). The Bearcats record now stands at 2-6.

With the loss, Guymon moves to 5-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Southeast Colorado (Wiley, CO) to confront the Angels in a non-league battle on Monday, August 25. The Angels come into the battle with a record of 1-0. Southeast Colorado won 22-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Sierra (Colorado Springs, CO)
