Texas High School Volleyball - West winner over Alvarado

August 23, 2025: West, TX 76691

West Trojans (West, TX) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Alvarado Indians (Alvarado, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, West advances its record to 10-7 on the season. The Trojans travel to Lindsay (Lindsay, TX) to face the Knights in a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. The Knights go into the test with a record of 10-4. Lindsay lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against West (West, TX)

The Indians now sport a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cleburne for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 26. Alvarado will play a Yellowjackets team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Odessa (Odessa, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 6-10.
