Alabama High School Volleyball - Arab edged by Lawrence County

Lawrence County Red Devils (Moulton, AL) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Arab Knights (Arab, AL), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Red Devils (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Vestavia Hills (Vestavia Hills, AL). The Rebels come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Vestavia Hills edged Bayside Academy (Daphne, AL), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Knights meet the Albertville Aggies (Albertville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 26. Arab will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Aggies go into the test with a 1-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Fort Payne (Fort Payne, AL).
