Texas High School Volleyball - Bastrop over Rudder

In Saturday's non-league test, the host Bastrop Bears volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Rudder Rangers.

With the win, Bastrop improves its record to 12-5 on the season. The Bears travel to Lexington (Lexington, TX) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 8-6. Lexington lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Gatesville (Gatesville, TX)

The Rangers now own a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lago Vista for a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. Rudder will play a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Victoria West (Victoria, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 3-11.
