Tennessee High School Volleyball - Battle Creek Columbia Central

Columbia Central Lions (Columbia, TN) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Battle Creek Grizzlies (Spring Hill, TN), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Columbia Central improves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Lions travel to Lewis County (Hohenwald, TN) to meet the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 23. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Lewis County won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, TN)

Next, the Grizzlies meet the Zion Christian Academy Eagles (Columbia, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 23. Battle Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 3-0 league loss to Providence Christian Academy (Murfreesboro, TN).
