Brethren Bobcats (Brethren, MI) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the visiting Forest Area Warriors (Fife Lake, MI), 2-0 in a non-league outing.
The Bobcats now have a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Grand Traverse Academy for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 23. Brethren will play a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Mancelona (Mancelona, MI). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Forest Area drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Warriors host Marion (Marion, MI) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Monday, August 25. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 0-0.
