Georgia High School Volleyball - Murray County tips Coosa

The Murray County Indians volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Coosa Eagles to 1 in the Indians non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Indians now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Fannin County for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 23. Murray County will play a Rebels team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Banks County (Homer, GA). The Rebels record now stands at 5-7.

The Eagles (6-10) will now prepare for their game against Rockmart (Rockmart, GA). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league game with a 8-8 record. In their last game, Rockmart was tipped by Haralson County (Tallapoosa, GA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
