Vela Sabercats (Edinburg, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Edinburg Bobcats (Edinburg, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Vela improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Sabercats host Edinburg (Edinburg, TX) to meet the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 26. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 11-8. Edinburg lost 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against McMullen County (Tilden, TX)
