The Walton Raiders (Marietta, GA) volleyball knocked off the host Hillgrove Hawks (Powder Springs, GA), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Raiders now possess a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mount Paran Christian for a non-league match on Saturday, August 23. Walton will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Allatoona (Acworth, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 7-3.

The Hawks (5-9) will now prepare for their match against Paulding County (Dallas, GA). The Patriots enter the 6A Area 3 bout with a 5-9 record. In their last bout, Paulding County fell by Unity Christian (Rome, GA), 2-1, in a non-league bout.
