In Saturday's league challenge, the host Homer Trojans volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Michigan Center Cardinals.

The Trojans (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Clinton (Clinton, MI). The Redwolves go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Clinton achieved victory over Stockbridge (Stockbridge, MI), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Cardinals now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Summerfield for a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. Michigan Center will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Genesee Christian (Burton, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.
