Rouse Raiders (Leander, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Incarnate Word Shamrocks (San Antonio, TX), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Raiders (12-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Anderson (Austin, TX). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, Anderson beat Sharyland (Mission, TX), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Shamrocks meet the Stockdale Brahmas (Stockdale, TX) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, August 26. Incarnate Word will attempt to advance on its 4-11 season record. The Brahmas go into the test with a 10-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Goliad (Goliad, TX).
