In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Ridge Point Panthers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Johnson Jaguars.

The Panthers (9-12) will now prepare for their outing against Fulshear (Fulshear, TX). The Chargers come into the non-league outing with a 11-2 record. In their last outing, Fulshear beat Lake Creek (Montgomery, TX), 3-0, in a non-league outing.

With the loss, Johnson drops to 8-9 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Lake Travis (Austin, TX) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 26. The Cavaliers come into the outing with a record of 16-4. Lake Travis won 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Canyon (New Braunfels, TX)
